Users who apply online from outside of KEK network is required passward.

Cautions
(1) Carry-in, out of LHe dewar
The experiment group needs to prepare a liquid helium dewar and bring it to the Cryogenic Center(Bldg. No.2) before noon of the day before you need it, but not over one week before.
If the container has been left at normal temperature, please pre-cool it down with liquid nitrogen beforehand.
(2) Time
Liquid helium can be supplied between Tuesday and Friday excluding holidays
(3) Carrying of dewar
An electric car is available to transport the dewar.
Please utilize the car after applying to Messrs. Sugawara or Tanaka each of whom can be reached on 029-864-5463.
(4) Apply LHe more than 1000L
Please contact Messrs. in advance.
(5) Others
Please try not to leak the gas because liquid helium is very important resource.
Please handle with care of the liquid helium dewar because it does not have a strong underlying structure.
Application of LHe
1. Online Application
*Users who apply online from outside of KEK network is required user registration.
*Please complete application form.
*After recieved your apply, confirmation mail is sent to you.
*Please apply by 17:00 on Friday excluding holidays in the previous week before being supplied.
2. Email Application
*Please complete follwing application form, and send it to helium_csc※ml.post.kek.jp .
(Please change the mark to @ before you send a mail. )

3. Onsite Application
*You can also apply onsite(Cryogenic Science Center Bldg. No. 2) by 17:00 on Friday excluding holidays in the previous week before being supplied.
